Thanks to owner/coder Gerky and talkernet.net server host, The Hall Of The Silver Dragon still lives. Telnet talkers I guess are a dying breed, but for those of us that still use a keyboard instead of a mouse for chat, my hat is off to you. One day we will rise again, and the window based talkers will crash and burn.
One of my favorite telnet client software for windows is Portal GT. It can be found at http://www.gameaxle.com/ . I have an old copy, but it runs just fine on Vista, as well as XP, 98, etc…etc.
